- Commercial Misuse: If you are an educator, you must use the services for educational purposes only. Do not use the services to sell or promote products unrelated to education.
- Threatening Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't let someone else access your account using your credentials.
- Hacking or Unauthorized Access: You cannot attempt to access someone else’s account, password, or personal information, or try to break into any system related to the services.
- Harming Network Security: Do not try to interfere with or attack the security of our network, such as cracking passwords or encryption codes.
- Introducing Malware: You are not allowed to introduce harmful software (like viruses or spyware) into the system or use automated processes that overload or disrupt the service.
- Reverse Engineering: You cannot try to figure out the source code or underlying workings of the service unless the law says you can.
- Spamming and Unsolicited Communication: Do not send unwanted emails or messages to others, including marketing or promotional content, unless you have permission.
What You’re Responsible For
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your username and password, private. If someone else uses your account, you will be held responsible for their actions.
- Using AI Features: If you are using any Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools within the services, make sure to use them responsibly and legally. Any content created with AI should follow this Policy and respect others' rights.
Monitoring and Enforcement
While we’re not obligated to monitor your use of the services, Sibme may review your usage to ensure you’re following this Policy. If we find any violations, we may suspend or permanently terminate your access. In some cases, we may also report serious violations to the appropriate authorities, like law enforcement.

We may update this Policy from time to time to stay current with new laws or changes to our services. If we make important changes, we will let you know and post the updated Policy on our website. If you continue using the services after changes are made, you accept the new terms.
