Sibme’s AI-Enhanced Virtual Coaching for Coaches helps instructional leaders turn theory into action. Through a structured coaching cycle, coaches develop the tools and strategies needed to support teacher growth and improve outcomes for students.
The seven-week cycle includes two key phases: learning (weeks 1-3) and application (weeks 4-7). Participants engage in personalized 1:1 virtual sessions, practice coaching with a volunteer teacher, and utilize AI-generated insights to refine their feedback and foster meaningful conversations.
Sibme coaches are nationally recruited, highly experienced educators who provide tailored guidance aligned with each teacher’s unique goals. Free from the pressures of formal evaluations, they deliver targeted support, candid feedback, and actionable next steps, fostering honest discussions that drive significant and meaningful growth.
Both districts needed effective coaching solutions to support teachers and create sustainable professional growth opportunities, including micro-credentials.
By partnering with Sibme, Harmony Public Schools expanded its coaching staff from 30 to 150, with nearly all teachers completing their micro-credentials. Cy-Fair ISD integrated Sibme into professional learning, helping coaches shift from instructional support to evidence-based coaching. Teachers and coaches now engage in reflective practices that foster collaboration, confidence, and improved student outcomes.
